My Shoes

For the love of shoes.. It is always never enough... Always wants more :) This is basically always in the minds of a shopaholic..Wish I could have a job where I am being paid to shop, be in trend, become a trend setter, always in fashion and glamour.. Haha... if so, I will always look forward to work every single day! :) Loads of girls' dream that is :p

Eye MakeUp - Part 2

Here goes...the before and after... hehe.. but I felt that my make up for the eye area is too light for photo shoots, so looks like nothing much has been done to the eyes... Well, at least me and my colleague had a heart thumping experience :P .. And all done within 10mins :)

Eye MakeUp

Will be heading to town on Sat for a little eye make up contest, which we have to be able to complete make up on the eye area only in 10mins! Haha... have been practising for only the past 2days.. Records are 12mins (yesterday) and today is 9mins.. There are 100 pairs of participants, and the top 3 would be able to be featured in CLEO magazine... However the winner will be winning a trip for 2 to Paris!! Well, am sure that is not so simple to win after all..let's see how well we do on Sat! :)  I am paired up with my colleague.. will post the photos once we complete the contest this Sat :)

Haha.. sounds so faraway, but it's just about couple of kilometers over the sea, to be back in my homeland. Saying all my good byes and kisses to my family and friends was the hardest, but what awaits is a new beginning and adventures that are yet to come. Sometimes, I do feel homesick till today.. missing the feeling of belonging. Freedom is everything here, but when I have the freedom, I suddenly felt lost.. That's the usual case for human beings, ....when they do not have it, they hope for it... but when they finally get it, they do not know what to do with it , or even take it for granted. Nothing can be compared to one's homeland, although Singapore is such a beautiful and wonderful place. I am lucky enough to have found some good friends here that is definitely a keeper :) and I have my wonderful sis always by my side..

Traveling Love

I love to travel.. my parents used to say to me that air stewardess are highly paid because it is a dangerous job (just in case if there's anything were to happen to the aircraft..touch wood!) It would be real fun to see the world, but nothing comes free..my life is at stake :p Anyway, when I finally settled down with my job, and that is when my mom asked me while she was reading her newspaper, looking at the stewarding advert... "How come you never thought of becoming an air stewardess?" .. I was like *jaw drop*.. That was not exactly what she said last time!! haha.. well what is meant to be will always be yours, and what is not yours will never be .. as simple as that.

Well it's not that bad after all, since I can now earn my living + able to travel (budgeted of course) and not to travel to earn (stewarding). The place that I wanted most to travel to is Japan :) Am waiting for the day to happen... hopefully soon and wish me luck! :)
