Waking up 5.15am, go for a morning jog as often as I can.The only time I'm absolutely free to excercise.It is hard to wake up this early sometimes, but it's definitely worth it.There is no such thing as no time to excercise, all comes to planning and time allocation.

Weird thing is, my body alarm with self awake at 4.40am.. On a number of occasions, wondering does it mean anything? If I were to fall asleep again after that encounter, I will have multiple dreams and will get me even more tired when I wake up for work.So, will just rather wakeup earlier for a jog and feeling fresh for work.

Haha..perhaps you may need to create the extreme fear to yourself about getting even fatter if you still don't do something about it..maybe super impose your photo on an extremely fat person's body or something? Does this help..altho you know this photo is super imposed, but if u continue to be lazy, then you really may end up like the photo one day...hmm..does this work to scare you already? Oops..sorry!
